• Check in beginning at 3:00 pm / Check out before noon.
• Pets are not allowed or on demand.
• All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
• Accepted Payments: Cash or check, NO CREDIT CARDS.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation up to six weeks before the stay we will refund your entire deposit.
In case of cancellation between six and three weeks before the stay, we will pay only 50% of the deposit.
For cancellations three to one week before the stay, we will not refund the deposit.
In case of cancellation less than a week before the stay, or in case of no show or in case of early departure the whole of the reserved stay remains due in compensation.
Refund within a period of three months.
